After two years, Latin Fashion Week has the in-fashion kickoff party to open the New York Latin Fashion Week. This year's theme is "Carnaval," a celebration of life after so many gray and lost Latin Fashion Week brings color and energy to the fashion industry. This is an by invitation only event.
