From very small, designer Pipo Pere is attracted by fashion. Close your eyes and come to mind images of when he and his family moved to San Juan Jayuya to shop back to school. "I always noticed what people wore.

I stared at the windows because I really drew attention, "he recalls. So when he entered the Río Piedras Campus of the University of Puerto Rico for a Bachelor of Arts, he did not hesitate to take elective classes in sewing patterns. And when he learned that he could become an associate in the School of Fashion Design Lisa Thon, it was in both places at once, even if it meant much effort.

"In May 1999 I graduated from the two places. By that time had already started to design for my friends and as soon as I graduated I had a job as a designer, "said Joshua Edgar Perez.
